CANCELLATION POLICY

Last minute cancellation is very costly. At the same time, we understand that things come up and we don’t feel it is right for you to lose your entire rental fee if you have to reschedule.
Here is a simple, but fair policy:

If you cancel 7 days or more before your event there will be no penalty.

Any cancellation less than 7 days, the deposit can be applied for rescheduling.

Late cancellations and "no shows" will be charged 50% of the quoted boat rental rate.

For bad weather cancellation, we will call you to cancel and you will NOT be charged the rescheduling fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.
